Terms of Service

By accessing or using Enla ("enla", "we", "us", or "our") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Enla is an AI-powered platform that generates advertising campaign strategies, copy, and creative assets from product URLs. The service is provided on a subscription and credit-based basis.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits are consumed per generation and do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use Enla to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates platform ad policies.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or data pipeline.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written consent.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.

You retain ownership of content you input into Enla. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the outputs generated for your advertising campaigns.

Enla and its underlying technology, trademarks, and branding remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Outputs are generated by AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and complying with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies before publishing any generated content.

Enla may connect to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular advertising outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enla's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Enla is incorporated.
